How to get 29.37% to 32.03% return on APay using Atlas Card

Snapay full KYC account required. No need to make Twid account, but you need Intermiles account with same no as snapay.

Snapay is the app. Twidpay is the payment gateway which automatically connects with your intermiles account. Both are different.

Here are the steps:

1) Add Atlas card as a new beneficiary under Utility Payment in Snapay.
Name = Name on card
Account no = Card no
IFSC = UTIB0000400

2) Make sure Snapay no is same as Intermiles no.

3) Pay Atlas card bill using T+1 method and select Pay with Rewards as payment method. Choose payment amount = 13270 to get 612 miles

4) Verify your Twid account using OTP.

5) Select Intermiles points as a reward and Pay using Atlas card..
Axis has asked for invoices for the transactions done in 'Travel category' to prove that they are personal in nature.

On asking which specific merchants they want to see the invoices, they specified Agoda, Cred and Interglobe only.

See email below--

This is to bring to your kind attention that, basis review of the transactions on your Axis Bank Credit Card(s), a pattern of non-personal usage of your Credit Card(s) has been observed for the transactions undertaken by you with the following merchant(s): TRAVEL CATEGORY.

As you are aware, your Axis Bank Credit Card(s) can be used only for your personal expenses and purposes

We request you to reply with the invoices / evidences, if you wish to establish that the transactions undertaken by you with the above-mentioned merchant(s) during .... to ..... were only for your personal expenses and purposes. Please share such invoices / evidences at the link provided below:

just tell them i violated tncs and close your account
Problem is I paid the total outstanding dues by Burgundy debit card and it showed 'timed out' so I paid again and now there is double payment.

So now I need to get a REFUND of the credit balance, because I cannot use this card anymore because I cannot redeem any edge miles now.
Reward points/edge miles shows error when trying to open.

They have not specified which merchant, whether Snapay for making payments or Intermiles via Cred for buying Amazon pay.

How to provide Snapay or Intermiles via Cred invoices?

See email below--

I did not read everything in detail (MITC, Card member agreement, etc) because I am short of time and I didn't use this trick, so I didn't bother researching it in detail. So what I have to say below may be TOTALLY WRONG

What happens if you tell Axis that you used the merchant Snapay to pay your credit card bills? Axis in any case already knows the trick, so you are not letting anything out. The said merchant does not provide any invoices, so you are unable to provide the same.

The crux of your argument should be that you have not violated any of the terms 7.1 to 7.16 from the member agreement. You are free to choose any method you want to settle your credit card bills and Axis cannot question your choice. Unless Axis has specifically prohibited you from paying off credit card bills using any of their cards (and I don't think I have seen such a prohibition), I don't believe you have violated any of their T&C. As such, even a failure to provide the invoices does not give them a license to take action against you. After all, you cannot provide what you never had in the first place.

For this argument to work the following needs to hold true
a) That there is in fact no such prohibition on using one card to settle the dues of another
b) You need to make a best effort attempt to provide the invoices. So write to Snapay and ask them if they can provide, free of charge, your invoices. I am pretty sure, that by law, Snapay is obliged to provide you an invoice, that too free of cost. If Snapay does in fact send you invoices, just send the whole bunch to Axis (subject there to of course being nothing which prohibits you from using one card to settle the dues of another)

As I said, take everything I've said with a large ladle of salt as I could be TOTALLY WRONG. I will of course, delete this post, with any explanation, (as I don't want to confuse anyone), in case there exists something that says you can't use one CC to pay the bills of another

Remember the following:
1) You are not responsible for the MCC that a merchant uses
2) You are not responsible for reporting to Axis that they mistakenly gave you additional points. You just assumed that the points given to you were legitimate
3) You are free to use any merchant you want, for whatever purpose you want, unless one of the following is true:
i) The merchant is on the banned list
ii) The service the merchant is providing is on the prohibited list

Yes true, received an email about non personal spends.
Now what to do, reward points is not opening on the axis app but all cards including Atlas are not blocked for any transactions
I dont know why few people are making fun of you.
So what if you were advertising continuously about the benefits of Axis magnus , Axis Atlas etc on all threads (even those threads which had nothing to do with Axis cc), saying they are the bestest best cards ever. And now Axis has blocked you.
You are part of the community here, so will request everyone to help you in your struggle with axis.

Axis has not blocked me.
Atlas is still working fine, but now there aren't many avenues to use it, because buying Amazon pay on Intermiles via Cred is not available anymore (for everyone).
Also no edge miles for utility bills, etc after 20 April

And Atlas 4% return on non hotel/airline/Traveledge spends is bettered by a few other cards. So no point in using Atlas & earning more Atlas edge miles

Edge miles were anyway zero (already fully converted), but are not accessible until I reply with invoices.

But I have not received the 5000 edge miles for reaching Gold status in early March 2024

I replied to the email saying that there are many transactions from ..... to .....
ALL are in the Travel category, after all Atlas card is used for travel.

So please give me the details of the specific transactions you want invoices for in the following format--
Merchant name, MCC code, date, time and amount.
Then I will send the invoices for these specific transactions

Axis only needs invoices for travels spends which earned 10% return, like buying Amazon pay on Cred and any direct flight & Hotel bookings.

I request all members to send me personal messages on how they unblocked the edge miles.

Atlas card is working fine.
Only reward points cannot be opened and edge miles are showing as zero. (Previous edge miles were already converted)

For two spends done while the Edge miles were blocked, there are no edge miles credited.
will the edge miles come after the card is unblocked after 5 days or NEVER?

From 1st week of April Axis keeps replying that they will need another 3 days or 5 days to unblock the edge miles.

So to unblock the edge miles, should I block the card and ask for replacement ?
how long will the procedure take?
I know that there are no charges, it is free
