Axis has asked for invoices for the transactions done in 'Travel category' to prove that they are personal in nature.
They have not specified which merchant, whether Snapay for making payments or Intermiles via Cred for buying Amazon pay.
How to provide Snapay or Intermiles via Cred invoices?
See email below--

I did not read everything in detail (MITC, Card member agreement, etc) because I am short of time and I didn't use this trick, so I didn't bother researching it in detail. So what I have to say below may be
TOTALLY WRONG
What happens if you tell Axis that you used the merchant Snapay to pay your credit card bills? Axis in any case already knows the trick, so you are not letting anything out. The said merchant does not provide any invoices, so you are unable to provide the same.
The crux of your argument should be that you have not violated any of the terms 7.1 to 7.16 from the member agreement. You are free to choose any method you want to settle your credit card bills and Axis cannot question your choice. Unless Axis has specifically prohibited you from paying off credit card bills using any of their cards (and I don't think I have seen such a prohibition), I don't believe you have violated any of their T&C. As such, even a failure to provide the invoices does not give them a license to take action against you. After all, you cannot provide what you never had in the first place.
For this argument to work the following needs to hold true
a) That there is in fact no such prohibition on using one card to settle the dues of another
b) You need to make a best effort attempt to provide the invoices. So write to Snapay and ask them if they can provide, free of charge, your invoices. I am pretty sure, that by law, Snapay is obliged to provide you an invoice, that too free of cost. If Snapay does in fact send you invoices, just send the whole bunch to Axis (subject there to of course being nothing which prohibits you from using one card to settle the dues of another)
As I said, take everything I've said with a large ladle of salt as I could be
TOTALLY WRONG. I will of course, delete this post, with any explanation, (as I don't want to confuse anyone), in case there exists something that says you can't use one CC to pay the bills of another
Remember the following:
1) You are not responsible for the MCC that a merchant uses
2) You are not responsible for reporting to Axis that they mistakenly gave you additional points. You just assumed that the points given to you were legitimate
3) You are free to use any merchant you want, for whatever purpose you want, unless one of the following is true:
i) The merchant is on the banned list
ii) The service the merchant is providing is on the prohibited list
