How to get 3rd HDFC cc

Last card issued in 5/may/2024

Still this error comes when I try to apply for new cc

I applied from other phone number & it showed biz first and others not useful but I applied for this one as it ltf...

It went under process so 99% chances that it will get rejected as I thought It will get instant approved..
