How to get Airtel Axis Card?

I already have 3 axis cards.

1. Axis Neo --> replace this with Axis Airtel
2. Axis Flipkart
3. Axis My Zone

I tried the axis bank customer care, but they said you can only apply via the airtel thanks app.
I dont have any prior relationship with airtel.
When I login to the app and try to apply for the card I get "We currently dont have any credit card offer for you".

I think the 10% Swiggy/Zomato/BigBasket offer makes it worth it.

These are add-on offers. They can change/replace it any time. I would suggest to apply only if you're Airtel user

You can take it even if it's paid for 1st year as they give you ₹500 Amazon GV. So money can be recovered easily. Only thing is usability

No its not true. Description showing utility bill payment but title is showing actual offer. 25% for Airtel recharge only.
