How to get Apay cc with single name?

One of my friend got the chance to get the card in 30 mins but the thing is she can't proceed further due to single name what she can do she don't have any relationship with icici

Ask her to first take a core ICICI card through offline route. She can apply LTF rubyx rupay which is a core card plus rupay benefit too. Once a core card is there, whenever she would apply using amazon app, she would be given approval almost instantly without any hassle. Even I have single name and faced similar issue, so got the card through this method only.
