You can apply for Bob card on C2C basis when process online.

While applying, there's an option where they ask if you have other bank credit card and limit of the card. When uploading document under income documents, upload previous statement and front side picture of credit card showing last four digits, expiry and your name. Hide other details.

Just adding it here that don't upload business credit card, as they declined my c2c application because i uploaded business moneyback card.
