How to get ICICI Bank Add on card?

What is the process to get add on or supplementary card in Icici cards? Couldn’t find anything on Imobile app of icici.

add on cards can only be processed offline. visit the nearest branch & apply add on card. If the credit card executive says it cannot be done, talk to the branch manager.

Yeah 👍 in case of existing icici bank customer doesn't require to visit branch it can be also done in online.

I did find a link "apply for add-on card" in the credit cards page. But, after filling it, it errors out saying KYC failure or something of that sort. My wife also has ICICI bank account. This form doesn't even ask for account number and so on.

Please note that the "apply for add-on card" option doesn't show for all credit cards. It shows for emeralde private metal card, but doesn't show for platinum, amazon (as expected) and coral rupay. I went to the bank branch (actually 2 because the guys in the first branch were clueless and totally disconnected from what I was asking) 10+ days back and submitted the application. It was not a painless process as I had to keep switching between bank guys and the customer care. As of now, no messages regarding the dispatch. I applied for HDFC Tata Neu add-on a couple of days later from the day of ICICI add-on application and the HDFC add-on card was delivered within 4 days. ICICI doesn't seem to be interested in giving add-on cards..

Currently I can't say it because I have closed all my icici cards
But previously on netbanking credit card section there was an option for addon card (only for existing icici bank customers & non customers must contact branch).

I called customer care and got the SR#. Then went to the branch and submitted the required proofs (scanned & attested copies of PAN and aadhar along with the filled application form with passport size photo affixed). That was it. It took almost 3 weeks to process the request, but finally got it. I also got calls meanwhile from my bank branch for investment/FD and I told them I have not got add on card and that may have expedited the process. Regular follow up was required in my case.
