How to get ICICI SAPPHIRO AMEX?

Dear all,

I received a pre-approved ICICI SAPPHIRO Master card last year. At the time it was issued, Amex was banned from issuing any new cards, therefore I received only the master variant. I was informed that once the ban gets lifted, the Amex variant would automatically be offered too. Like before, when they were usually issued as twin cards [Master + Amex] prior to the Amex ban.

It would be helpful if you could kindly help me with the following queries:

1. a)Has ICICI begun offering Amex Variant?

b). If so, how does one go about applying for it or would it be offered automatically?

simple, the following icici card from least to best.

platinum
rubyx
sapphiro
emaralde pvc
emarlde metal private

except emaralde private, all cards same reward structure.

get whichever higher card they provide.

You say you're ok with low features, nothing sapphiro than same low features, nothing rubyx.

but anycase in ICICI get only LTF card, not paid.

Thanks for ur detailed response. Is Saphiro ranked about Rubyx only due to International loungue offer in Saphiro? I saw no other feature.

Yep and good thing about dual variant card (like Sapphiro) is that you can avail such discounts twice

I think Rubyx too they are giving dual variant. Maestro and Amex I think. Thats what RM told me.
