Call exclusive care, They will do on call, can upgrade/downgrade to any card.

Don't close and apply again.

Recently, someone I know got Pinnacle + upgraded ED Platinum to Pioneer Legacy LTF.
If you only have a co-branded card, then getting a Core card is not possible.
From Core, you can get Rapay, ED Sig & Platinum - Split basis
Tiger cannot be obtained on a split-limit basis. The only way is through an upgrade or downgrade, which requires closing the existing card.

AFAIK, Tiger needs to be standalone only.
Many have emailed Indusind, but they have rejected the Tiger Upgrade from Co-branded cards.

I am also trying to get Tiger from Legend, but getting rejections from them.
