How to get RBL IOCL 8.5% cashback card as LTF?

Any suggestions on how can we get this card as LTF?
How many cards does RBL issue for a customer?
Chances of getting this as a second card?
I am only seeking response based on past experience with RBL Cards.

Important: RBL IOCL Card must be swiped at IOCL machine only after giving your mobile number (0.4% extra Cashback as XRP will be visible on IOCL App), if you swipe the card on IOCL Paytm machine no Bonus points will get credited BY RBL Bank and you will just get Basic 2RP/100Rs.
If swiped at IOCL machine (Only on amount that was captured by IOCL app i.e. Without fuel Surcharge and GST), 13Bonus RP/100 Rs will be credited at the time of Statement generation.
Also converting RBL RP to IOCL XRP has a charge of Rs 99+ GST so keep collecting points and convert to XRP only when you have good amount.
1XRP=0.5 Rs at Indian Oil.

So can you list the Tricks/ Tips to get assured RP fuel spends also share the mail ids and process to contact if we are still unfortunate to not receive RPs

1. Change statement date to 22nd of month
*For correct posting of fuel surcharge

2. Keep slips (if possible for 1 month atleast)

3. Try to swipe on IOCL POS machines only for sure shot bonus points.
*Few users got on paytm and icici too.
