How to get SBI Cashback Card with single name?

I heard about the SBI Cashback Card when it launched and ever since wanted to have that card. The issue is that I cannot apply because I have a single name(single word as the complete name in all my documents) and the online application doesn't allow a single name, or first name and last name as the same name.

I am facing a major issue in getting the cards that I want to have(SBI Cashback and Axis Ace) as application process for both cards doens't allow single name in applications and cannot be applied offline.

Has anyone faced a similiar issue and please suggest what I should do in this situation?

Generally they do offline KYC for single name cases. I applied tata Neu card and they have done offline CC and card got approved.

Can you please tell me, How you applied for tata neu card. Because in the app, It is not allowing to proceed further without entering any last name. I filled the application in february, with a last name (which is not in my any documents). After having vkyc, my application got rejected. Now again I received the offer on the tata neu app.

You can mention your father name as last name.

If someone has single name.
First Name: Mr/Ms/Mrs
Last Name: First Name
It works.. Always.

Name: Chandrashekhar
First Name - Chandra
Middle Name/Last Name (in case of single name) - Shekhar

So if last name also available, for ex, santhosh kumar
Firstname is chandr
