Their process is very weird. The documents they have asked me is
My PAN and Adhaar
My spouse PAN and Adhaar
Marriage certificate
Credit Card front side copy
At branch you would have to fill Addon card application and KYC form for the addon cardholder. As Addon cardholder has to sign, so they have to be present and also one photo also required.

Not sure why this much convoluted process. Kotak issued Addon card, by just sharing the PAN of the addon card holder.

They still have not issued the Add-on card. They have collected the documents on 27th July.
The RM who came to my house got a stack of Endowment policies with quotes on my name and is pitching me. I declined them and most probably they have not even processed the documents that I have given.

As someone mentioned earlier, the only reliable way is to visit branch and fill up forms and take some sort of acknowledgment.

On add-on credit card: Funnily I called the customer care, they directed me to the link posted above and said that it can be done online. However, like everyone else, I cannot see Ultimate credit card in that list. Does anyone know what all documents would be needed if we go the branch to apply for an add-on?

I sense some fishiness here, as they were pitching several insurance and saving account instruments which I have rejected

Definitely suggest to go to Branch and take some sort of acknowledgement that the application process has started.
I am going to close this card in few months so that CIBIL doesn't get affected.

The one good thing about the card is the fact that the returns are similar to a DCB at 3.3% and the acceptance is higher both offline and online. I will visit the branch one of these days to figure out the add-on card situation

I wasn't sure my Regalia would be updated to Infinia, so I got this card, in case they would offer me DCB and reject Infinia. But I got Infinia, so this card is only useful for Fuel transactions for me. Their priority customer service isn't great. I didn't recieve the Goqii watch based on the card opening offer, raised tickets but they are very slow, their escalation team also didn't care about customer satisfaction.

If you had applied online before June, this watch offer was there, now they are Nord TWS. They should be fulfilling it in 2 months after the first transaction which should be greater than 1500.

Ok. I got this in June and the first transaction was of 2k. I wasn't told about this offer, so I doubt if they will fulfill this for me. Let's see

Unfortunately, it's still quite muddled. The documents have to be given at a branch and then one has to wait.

That being said, 2 months is quite long. Perhaps another branch visit if feasible? In CC add on application unfortunately, Customer care is unreliable. Even a mail to their backend team doesn't work. Branch visit is your best bet.

• The reward points for spends on addon are separate and need to be redeemed separately for GV via the portal and cannot be clubbed with points on primary card.
• The addon can be used at lounge either via network access or via PP (addon needs to have spent 20K previous month)

SC service is pathetic as a whole, be it their escalation team or Customer care team takes no care of customer satisfaction.
