How to get Union bank rupay select Debit card as LTF ?

I saw on Union bank's website that Rupay Select Debit card is free ( no issuance, no annual charges) with High Net Worth Savings account with balance requirement as 1 lakh rupees.

Is there any way we can get free Rupay Select DC with say premier account with 50k balance. Has anyone tried this, please let me know ?

You have to open Union super salary account (USSA-II & USSA-III) to get RSDC lifetime free.

Union Udaan savings a/c would get you RSDC. AQB - 10,000/-. DC is first year free.

I have been using union bank basic savings account for more than two years with UBI classic visa debit card
I want to upgrade to RUPAY SELECT DEBIT CARD
How do I do it ?
Is it possible to get this card
If not UBI Share your thoughts about how to get BOB RUPAY SELECT DEBIT CARD with less charges and less MAB bank account

For other PSU Banks, options to get free Rupay Select DC with 50k balance are :-

1. Bank of Maharashtra ---> BSS 25 savings account (25k AQB).
2. Indian Overseas Bank --> SB-HNI savings account (50k AQB).
3. Punjab National Bank --> Elite SF savings account (50k AQB).
