How to increase credit limit on axis credit cards

I've had an axis flipkart for 1 or 2 years now with a 1.8L credit limit. No increases.

Prior to that I had an axis my zone for a few years which I closed last year. Never got any credit limit increase with that either.

I just got an atlas card and the limit seems to be the same 1.8L. How can I get a higher credit limit? I haven't used my axis cards much as the limit is too low for my needs. And I've only used occasionally on some sites.

I have 19.5L on infinia. Expect similar on amex platinum charge. 7.9L on icici amazon pay. 6.5L on amex platinum Travel. What's the problem with Axis and their stingy credit limit?

How can I get a decent limit increase? I need like 10L limit for the card to be useful. Thanks in advance.

Select is ltf for only Burgundy customer.

You have to have priority salary account and should be working in a company which has tie ups with axis. someone shared shared a list of such companies in the community. YOu can search if your company is there

I didn't understand what you mean by "L.e doesn't see number". Generally, banks offer based on 2-3x of monthly salary for salaried. For self-employed, do they use a certain formula?
Also, if your limit is 1.2 l but you want to do a tx of 1.5 l, could you deposit 30K and do the tx? I am not sure per tx limit would allow that!

Depends on profile too, If self employed professional -> Good chances (doctor/ca better chances)
self employed (business) - 50-50% (depending on bank mood)
self employed professional (Litigation/Lawyer) -> Good luck!

Suppose u funded 10 lakh for M4B previous u could have got 3+ lakh limit bcz it's magnus

If you belong to legal profession then it's purely luck only 😉
Police personals also won't get loan from banks easily.

Some banks specifically does not give credit cards to small shop owners, because they know that spend is going to be business purpose.

But your instructions work for general masses 👍
