If you have one or two credit cards, then managing those cards are not that difficult. But what if you have more than 5 credit cards?
In this case, I'd recommend you to maintain some Excel sheets for managing all your credit cards properly.
I personally maintain 3 excel sheets for managing all my 40 credit cards.

1. For tracking credit cards important details
2. For racking credit card bill payment tracking
3. For tracking spend-based offer

I'm uploading my excel sheet format here. You can download and use it if you want.

And don't forget to watch this video -

BTW if someone has multiple cards does he still have to maintain 30% utilization on each card or 30% on total credit limit?
Like someone has 2 card with limit 1 lakh each so total limit comes down to 2 lakhs
So if he spends 60k on card A and 0 on card B will this effect credit score in negative way as its only 30% of total credit limit or one should spend according to per card basis ?

total credit limit , as your limit increases the ratio will come down (assuming card c has zero spend)or just pay before the bill generate
