How to open an Airtel Payment Bank Account??

How to open an Airtel Payment Bank Account? Tried doing via app but no luck. Visited Kolkata main branch they are temporarily unable to do because of some system error. Any one has any idea??

Aj ka taja khabar! Waha ruplat mil raha hai free mein.
New ko to choose karne de raha. Purana jo hai nodal officer ko ek mail karne se mil raha hai.

I made a transfer of 25k from my airtel bank to my icici account via UPI payment mode from airtel thanks app. Amount got deducted from my airtel bank account but not credited to icici account. It's been more than 24 hours now. Airtel team is saying it's success from their end and ICICI is saying they haven't received any money. What can be done in this case. Please help.

Wait Max time as per your wish then fill RBI ombudsman. You will get ₹ 100 per day compensation so 30*100=3000 free income if you can wait for 30 days.
