Axis Vistara Card How to pay for credit card bill without credit card number ?

I applied for Axis Vistara infinte card around a month back but it has not delivered yet but just now got a mail that my bill of 11,800/- is generated ...lol what to do now ?? they'll gonna charge me again after 11 months instead of 12 months.

And also how I am supposed to pay the credit card bill without the credit card number ??

I think you should call the customer care and check the status of delivery first. Did you get any message that the card is sent earlier through a courier? Not sure the delay is from the bank side or the courier side.

For quicker resolution its better to visit any branch.

As per the delivery message, it should be delivered in next 1-2 days.

But isn't this a scam that they have generated a bill without me activating the card and they'll gonna charge me renewal fee after 11 months not 12 months.

Idealy the bill should be generated after activating the card. suppose i received the card and i didn't activate the card and decided to not continue with the card, in this case the card will be blocked after 30days and will not be charged the joining fee since i didn't join the card by activating it. But here in your case you even didn't receive the card let alone activating card with in 30 days. Defenetly you should raise the query with customer care, if no response raise the matter before RBI emboudsment
