I have explored all the sections but haven't found billdesk gateway. There was only Patm wallet option

Click on Wallet --> select Bill Desk (first option) --> you will find Amazon Pay option

Folks what is advisable, while purchasing policy for the first time, either to go through payment via companies like ditto that provide claim support as well, or directly paying through hdfc ergo website?
