not sure about ditto. but i checked with the Policy Bazaar team. they do accept payments from Apay wallet. considering this, you can consider taking it through policy bazaarFolks what is advisable, while purchasing policy for the first time, either to go through payment via companies like ditto that provide claim support as well, or directly paying through hdfc ergo website?
I have gone via ditto and they were good.Folks what is advisable, while purchasing policy for the first time, either to go through payment via companies like ditto that provide claim support as well, or directly paying through hdfc ergo website?
Did you manage to make the payment through Amazon Pay via Ditto?I have gone via ditto and they were good.
Always go through with an agent. Insurance companies will always try their best to deny your claims. You need an informed, smart and persistent person on your side to get your claims approved.Folks what is advisable, while purchasing policy for the first time, either to go through payment via companies like ditto that provide claim support as well, or directly paying through hdfc ergo website?
No, as I stated above, for my first purchase, I used apay card directly on site. 2 Y later, my renewal came, which I paid again on website using apay balance. Now will see what I need to do 2Y from now.Did you manage to make the payment through Amazon Pay via Ditto?
okay! How has your experience with Ergo been so far? I'm currently researching the right policy, so I'd love to hear your thoughts! No, as I stated above, for my first purchase, I used apay card directly on site. 2 Y later, my renewal came, which I paid again on website using apay balance. Have had no claims in the past two years, but a friend had a claim that was not fully paid, as something was not in coverage. Your experience might be hit or miss. It is one of the best out there, but still there are many problems. Better to have something than have nothing. I also have my corporate health cover which I prefer firstokay! I also have HDFC Ergo Optima Super Secure for last 2 years with zero claims which was purchased through an agent. However, I have heard good things about Icici Elevate as well. You can add that to your research as well.okay! How has your experience with Ergo been so far? I'm currently researching the right policy, so I'd love to hear your thoughts!
Okay! But i think Elevate has some room limitation.I also have HDFC Ergo Optima Super Secure for last 2 years with zero claims which was purchased through an agent. However, I have heard good things about Icici Elevate as well. You can add that to your research as well.

Agents links dont have this option for sure. Recently paid two insurance premiums through agents link. Had to go with “Pay with diners club black” optionI have opted for sum insured enhancement in my medi-claim policy with HDFC ergo and the payment link they have shared does not have wallet option. Any work around on that? I plan to use Amazon pay for this payment.
This is a direct policy with HDFC ergo (no agent involved). Link is shared by HDFC customer care.Agents links dont have this option for sure. Recently paid two insurance premiums through agents link. Had to go with “Pay with diners club black” option
Same was the case with me.I have opted for sum insured enhancement in my medi-claim policy with HDFC ergo and the payment link they have shared does not have wallet option. Any work around on that? I plan to use Amazon pay for this payment.

This will not work as the payment can only be done through the link shared by HDFC directly (as i have requested some edits to my last year policy). Had it been a simple renewal, payment can be made using regular link on the website.try this link
Then, you can go for 1 year renewal via their link + whatever CC gives you rewards and then renew next year with Apay. This will not work as the payment can only be done through the link shared by HDFC directly (as i have requested some edits to my last year policy). Had it been a simple renewal, payment can be made using regular link on the website.
