It's very normal. Almost every indian bank follows this process atleast once if rotation is happening in account

I got 8500 points.Redeemed half in Amazon pay voucher,but is not getting Flipkart/Myntra voucher to redeem the rest

Nope, its not

No but you can use only Airtel payment bank load and Ebixcash full card Wallet UPI load.

Here both transaction category is different.
