Hi..may try the sequence as below
Login to amex app --> Click on membership --> click Redeem rewards
This will open the link --> https://global.americanexpress.com/rewards ( you may directly click on this)
On phone it will be a mobile website. Click on the three bars on right of blue ribbon where membership points are mentioned.
click on Link ( underlined by red)
Click on dropdown " Apparals and accessories " and select gold collection 18k or 24k.
Select the required option and go ahead.

Yeah found it finally. Really grateful for this post. Thankyou @It_is_Naruto
If u want to get best value of ur amex points,.. Using gold collection is not best choice as terms n conditions are complicated. .. Better use for hotels or airlines.. Or seek person who looking for points or airmiles. I am interested In giving tanishq voucher or cash against points.

It's exactly same now....earlier there was a slight difference ( till Feb 24)

oh, what did they change actually after Feb 24?
it was devalued.... earlier for 18k points 7K amazon voucher was there...it was changed to 6K amazon voucher.
