How to redeem hdfc credit card reward points

I'm unable to redeem hdfc reward points I have 1500 points when we login to mycards click redeem it redirect to another page with option for netbanking or post when click on netbanking and login throught only credit card login ther is no option to redeem points as I don't have hdfc account. Please can someone help on this.

First click on outstanding amount, the next very page scroll down and you can see redeem reward points click on it, it will ask for confirmation to redirect give the consent and then you will reach on reward points page, i have attached image for better help

I have 3000+ Reward points on Millenia but while trying to redeem as cash it is only showing only one month reward points (i.e 1100) there.
This is the first time I am trying to redeem. Statement generated today. Can anyone please confirm why I am not seeing this 3000 reward points while redeem?

You will be able to use your rest 3000 once your next next statement gets generated.

The 1100 points, which you are able to redeem are of last month and they are ready to be encashed.

In that case, it should allow to redeem Oct month reward points right? But in my case it is showing only Sep month reward points.
I have changed my statement date from middle of the month to 2nd of every month. This is related to this one?

If your statement generated on 2nd, the rewards points shown in statement will be available for redemption in next 2 days.

This method doesn't work now. NETBANKING(credit card only) doesn't show ACTIVE cards. Shows INACTIVE cards only.
