RBI is already on it..we(Bank) just need to send all the docs & info to RBI
& Yes, he told me that I can't take legal action, but banks can issue a notice regarding this. However, we need every single detail, such as various apps/websites/platform involved or are having technical glitch/bugs which allows C2C payments or c2p payments...
Furthermore I am well aware of how merchant Qr are being misused for card to bank transfers..
Itne saalo yh sab chal rha hai...END toh nhi kr skte puri tarah but Example zaroor set kr skte..& people who misuse this should be aware of that bank is watching them...

No bro I am damn serious & just talked with my Uncle Sr. Branch manager( my father's frnd) of SBI regarding this....he is also Ready to help me out....but we need time to gather all the necessary info about how all this is working from years...like escrow accounts used for C2A OR C2P trans etc...

I have good contacts with bank's Sr. Employees aur mujhe smjhne ki zarurat bhi nhi padi ki log kese kese misuse kr rh hai cc ka, unko sab pata tha...
But bank ko fake rent payment or edu payment se koi zayada dikkat hai nhi ( indirectly) as they charges + no rewards
Dikkat aati hai by various tricks/bugs or even services different platforms provides to user for C2P trans., here misusing MCC, rewards & obviously cc.
In my last post, I mentioned that banks need time to address this issue after i taked to few of the Sr. Employees working in fraud prevention DEPARTMENT. However, there's something I wasn’t supposed to share, but I will—
People who are excessively misusing credit cards are at extreme risk, especially in cases where large amounts of rewards are being issued, starting from just a few thousand.
