How to upghret normal RBL card to RBL Zomato card

Please tell me how to upghret normal RBL card to RBL Zomato card.
I apply twice from Zomato app for RBL Zomato card but my application for reject by bank. I have RBL paisa on demand card, So i need help how can i upghret Normal RBL to RBL Zomato card.?

I think you have to mail RBL Bank and tell them to upgrade it to Zomato Edition card.

RBL customer care won't budge even if you threaten them with card cancellation.

According to their customer care it is an invite only card and only Edition can send those invites. On contrary, Edition says they are unable to extend the invite for RBL Zomato card due to the policies of their Banking partner (RBL Bank).

They keep the the customer oscillating like a pendulum from one side to another.

A couple of folks have closed their existing RBL cards, and then applied for Zomato RBL card. Since their existing cards were closed, they managed to get the Zomato card. You can also try this route and cancel your existing card.
