I finally decided to apply for Rbl IndianOil Xtra Credit card today. https://www.rblbank.com/personal-banking/cards/credit-cards/indianoil-rbl-bank-xtra-credit-card/
The application took Basic info and generated application number.
Remember to click the "here" link right on this page to complete KYC or your application will get stuck. (Copy link and open in web browser if it's not working) Better to use Laptop.
It will ask you to fill lots of details before activating Vkyc link. This link will also be then sent to mobile phone which can be completed in between 09:30 AM - 11:00 PM (Mon-Sun)
Once Vkyc is complete, wait for 30 minutes and then check application status https://applications.rblbank.com/track-application-status
If the card is approved the status will convert to Card boarded
In a couple of hours the card should be visible on RBL Mobank app if you already have it through savings account. If you have an Existing Credit card like me, your Credit Limit would be floater/shared with the old card Example: If you had 4 lac limit on old card then this card will also show CL of 4 Lac, however the total Available Limit would be 4 Lac combined for all cards.
Now you can use app like Cred to try and add RBL Credit card on UPI.
If you are lucky to get Rupay card then it will show else assume you were issued Mastercard
Also, I hold Savings Account and RBL Play Credit card with CIBIL of 800
I do not see any CIBIL hit until now.
Received card from the Slowest Courier Service Delhivery. They are pathetic.
It’s Rupay Select with no select benefits 😂
Also, Rewards and Milestone benefits on UPI are only eligible for transactions above 2k Rs, but big UPI transactions can help you achieve quarterly benefit of 1000 RP on spending 75k in a quarter along with Annual fee waiver of 1770 Rs on reaching 2.75 Lacs

Important: RBL IOCL Card must be swiped at IOCL machine only (These machine have IndianOil logo on display screen) after giving your mobile number (0.4% extra Cashback as 1 XRP/75 Rs will be visible on IOCL App), if you swipe the card on IOCL Paytm machine no Bonus points will get credited by RBL Bank and you will just get Basic 2RP/100Rs.
Total paid minus 1.18% swiped at IOCL machine (Only on amount that was captured by IOCL app i.e. Without fuel Surcharge and GST) will be eligible for 2 RP/100 Rs within 2 days and later 13 Bonus RP/100 Rs will be credited at the time of Statement generation.
1 RBL RP=0.5 Rs after XRP conversion
1% Fuel Surcharge waiver will get credited after statement generation, 0.18% GST won't be refunded.
Also, converting RBL RP to IOCL XRP has a charge of Rs 99+ GST so keep collecting points and convert to XRP only when you have good amount.
