How to upgrade from HDFC Tata Neu + to Inifinity

My experience:
I have Millenia(last limit increase was sep 24) and tata neu plus with limit of 1.2lac.
26 /2/2025(atleast 6 months after last LE): I wrote to HDFC to increase my Millenia card limit based on income documents attached with email.
5/3/2025: Limit increased to 2.5lac.
6/3/2025: Email to HDFc to upgrade my Neu Plus to Neu Infinity
7/3/2025: they asked for consent on neu coins and platform rupay visa etc, which I gave.
11/3/2025: My Neu Plus is upgraded to infinity. New card is visible in HDFC app.

I had neu PLUS LTF. on consent email , they dont mention anything about price. however in consent reply I did mention that only upgrade if it is LTF.
