How to upgrade Paytm First Citi card? What are my options? Can I get LTF?

Hi folks,
I've been using Paytm First Citi card for about 2 years now. The yearly fee is Rs. 500. Can I upgrade it to a premium Citi card with more rewards? Preferably Life Time Free, if possible.

I already have Diners Black LTF. If the salary matters, I'll will an ITR of 30L+ this year.

Which card do u think would be an upgrade?

I don't you will get upgrade from Paytm Citi. But you can apply fresh application and get 5000 vouchers also as part of current offer.

But apart from that, I don't find any Citi card interesting. Also, they don't give LTF easily.

BTW, how do you share ITR with bank? Just the one page acknowledgement page or full 50-100 pages long ITR?
