How to upgrade SBI Simplysave

I have a 5 year old SBI simplysave cc with around 1.8 L limit. Last year got it converted to Rupay variant.

However it hasn't got any much benefits apart from the Amazon sales. Can it be upgraded to any other SBI card?
And which one should I go for?

My main requirement is International lounge access. My overall spends are around 4L per year.
