How to upgrade to zero balance Indusind exclusive account

Recently I upgraded my legend cc to pinnacle. I currently hold 0 balance maxima account , how to upgrade it to 0 balance exclusive account without visiting branch. I mailed them but they are saying to visit branch.
Is 0 balance exlcusive account offer still applicable for pinnacle?
Any alternative other than visiting branch (As mostly they will waste time and cross sell the paid products) ?

You will have to open exclusive account with 1Lac cheque

Once account + pinnacle is linked on indus app, account automatically converted to Zero balance

even if i have a preexisting exclusive account and then get pinnacle LTF linked to my account the account gets converted to zero MAB right..? its not for only new accounts etc na..?

Correct as long as pinnacle and exclusive linked together on app, it’s zero balance

2. If not, then dc needs to be applied manually after upgrade or dc will be issued automatically?

Yes I received the kit when upgraded from Normal to Select account

No need to apply manually, debit card is included in the kit.
