HP Pay Issue- BOB CC Not adding in CC Avenue

Hi,

When I try to add BOB Hp card in HP Add and pay through Scan and Pay through CC Avenue Payment Gateway it gives error —
(RUPAY CARDS NOT ACCEPTED)

Please refer screenshot. SS Attached !

How to resolve ? Please help.

Hi Friends,

hp pay app load wallet via credit card which card is having zero charges kindly share your experience about the rewards/CB for this transactions.

FYI my holding cards are SC Manhattan, HDFC Regalia, IndusInd Legend and ICICI Apay as well as LTF Coral.

Bro, card not adding in HP Pay app not HP Pay wallet. It’s a different issue. Coun’t find in above thread.
Please tell how to add rupay card on HP Pay app.

Did you scan the hp pay QR code with hp pay app and paid from money already loaded to wallet?

The HP petrol pump guy says they don't have the HP Pay QR Code. How to let them know where to get the QR code? Can I complain somewhere to get this fixed?

I’m able to find solution for Rupay Card not adding on HP Pay app.
The issue is with iOS users, if you are using iPhone and install HP pay app and then try to add Rupay card you will not be able to do so because the issue is with HP Pay iOS application.

Solution :- Now coming to solution. You should have to install the app on Android phone first, then login with your credentials. After that any SCAN HP pay code and then add credit card in CC Avenue and then click on save card details. After that log out from Android phone and login in iPhone where the Rupay card was not supported.

Now, when you scan any Hp Pay code you will be able to see the Rupay and also will be able to do payments.

Anyone had a issue like this on enabling UPI in hp pay? The device binding got struck and app is not responding at all everytime, installed and uninstalled many times.
