Revaluation HP PAY voucher now on Gyftr via Smartbuy!

Just checked this morning, now we can buy HP pay vouchers with HDFC cards on Smartbuy. I don't know if they were available earlier. The usual rewards are applicable (upto 16.25% on INFINIA).
No processing fee as of now. Looks like maximum we can buy is ₹10k a month.

Hehe I know this will be another level of shady but who knows it doesnt seem to be out of the realm of possibility for Gyftr to stoop to...they were the ones who added arbitrary service fee on amazon vouchers (and keep increasing as they please):

Hypothesis: They havent mentioned the duration of 12 months...it just says within 12 months...doesnt say "within 12 months after being added or within 12 months post 31Mar'24"

Yeah ambiguity is there. Keeping my fingers crossed. Otherwise it’s a straight 10K loss.

Once you have added it to HP Pay wallet, it is no longer Gyftr vouchers. It is HP wallet balance, where does Gyftr come into play?

I used HP Pay wallet for the first time in Bangalore today, process was smooth and the bunk was happy to accept it. Now fingers crossed that the vouchers are valid for 12 months.

This is one of the core differences between these two cards. 3x for DCB and 5x for Infinia on all vouchers on Gyftr via Smartbuy.

I have no HP outlet accepting hp pay near my home. Complained on hp pay app. Within 2 minutes I received call. I named 5 outlets. Within 15 minutes i again received the call that he has spoken to these dealers and also whatsapped their hp qr codes to me. And bam today the outlet I visited had displayed qr code and payment was smooth. Amazed by hp customer service. He further said that any problem arise regarding hp outlet just give him a call.

Raised one for my nearby pump where all QR codes are faded ( or maybe knowingly done so 🤣). Can't scan any of those from HpPay. Let's see what is their response.

Even I got a call today for the complaint that I raised last week. He said call me if they don’t accept payment by HP PAY. I’ll go there next week.

12.5% (5x) + 1% discount. If you convert to MB - around 70%

As per the banner it should be usable upto 1 yr from date of wallet load. Let's see after 31st and whether they provide similar offer even after that.
