Hsbc cashback posting timeline

Hi guys,

How many days does they usually take to post the cashback once the statement is generated? They told 40 days which is more than a month. I heard some saying that cashback is posted within in a week after the statement generation. Is this true?

Ex:
Jan'24 - statement generated
within 15 days its posted to next statement
Feb'24 - contains Jan'24 cashback.

I have not received cash back of May 24 month in last month i.e July 24 month statement, any one got Cashback for may2024 month spends

Even i didn't get. They are taking way too long for crediting the cashback

Received cashback for June statement (May 28 to June 27 cycle) however I have escalated because I’m thinking I received less cashback amount. I did transactions of more than 10k under 10% category and around 1.13L under 1.5% category. Should have received 2700 cashback. Received 2300.

I did receive for the May cycle on June 10th. It has been consistent for me, my bill generates on 27th and cashback credits on 10th-12th next month.

For me, bill generated on jun 6th and received the cashback on 13th july which is a week after next month bil generation. They actually need to follow a standard timeline. This is really annoying
