HSBC credit card application pending for 4 weeks

I applied for the HSBC Platinum credit card on 30th Nov and completed my video kyc 2 days later . Last Monday I got a mail from the bank with tha following message :
"Your application was evaluated based on the information provided by you and we would like to inform you that we would be in a position to re-process the application, if you could provide us the required documents/information. Our sales executives will get in touch with you shortly to collect the pending documents/information."

Then an HSB agent called me on Wednesday and told me that my card will be approved in 48hrs and I don't need to submit any more documents. It has been 1 week past that and I have received no other response. The phone-banking numbers are useless . I have emailed HSBC for update but received no response yet. Can anyone help me how to get in touch with HSBC to procure the card?

You can reach out to the team on Twitter on their official bank handle and they will route it to the cc team. My wife’s card also had got stuck due to some documentation requirement and post reaching out to them via Twitter, the application moved forward.
