Yes you can. I'm from the City of Joy and got my HSBC VISA PLATINUM CARD (LTF) back in Feb this year. I applied digitally and it took around 3-4 weeks for the card to reach at my home.

Please note, you can't track your application status online for HSBC card and have to reach out to support for updates.

ITR and Salary Slip. They don't offer their cards to self employed individuals.
