I definitely feel like a guinea pig here and I'm honestly getting quite annoyed about it. I've done everything possible. Uninstall, reinstall, hell I even got a new phone in this period and it didn't work on that either. Its even more annoying because until the last day I had my previous Visa Platinum, it worked flawlessly. I've been using my card since last Thursday now so that's pretty much 6 entire days, in which duration I've had chats with atleast 10 completely useless executives, had 4 different telephonic conversions and dropped an email to the Nodal Officer. The conversation I had today seemed like it might have provided a solution - I was asked to log in to the netbanking on the phone browser and then simultaneously log in to the netbanking app as well. I think this might have potentially solved the logged off issues but given that now I've got the can't access data, it absolutely doesn't work. I won't lie, I'm quite pissed off right now.

its def not a 15 day wait i got the card last week itself & i can access the portal already i had tried to access in the first 2-3 days itself, maybe when u got it it was down & now its up.

u can get 3L salary credited ull get Premier which is their Best offering. Even better than the Privy whose TRV req is much higher.

From what I've read, they're quite efficient and quick with these refunds on the price difference. Its clearly with the portal issue that they're completely hopeless.
I do hope you're right because I've been trying since day 1 and there's been no luck. Tomorrow is the 7th day since I activated my card. To not have access to a TRAVEL portal on a card meant for travel is just ridiculous beyond measure. I've not even seen PSUs with such poor customer service. Every single person I call at customer care is utterly clueless.

What do they need to process the price difference? The screenshot of the payment page with price break up (base, taxes, convenience fee, other fees)? Can SkyScanner price results be used?

Wrt Hotels, I found some of the pricing options missing like I can see pricing for room without breakfast but can't see pricing for room with breakfast. This is for Novotel Aerocity or Pullman Aerocity
I checked the prices now after booking my 4 tickets the price is almost same like 100₹ difference. (Not counting the convenience fees) So i am not pursuing this for now.
It also becomes a problem if you want to book, say 2 rooms for 3 people. It was only giving me triple sharing rooms even though MMT and other platforms offered me the combination option of 2 rooms. If you do book the two rooms separately, its obviously pricier but then it also does give you those crazy Accor rewards if you'd like to use that later.
Happy to see prices difference is that little!
It is after booking 4 seats on that flight. Earlier, it was about 9% more including convenience fees.

Also, not sure how i got exact 10000 points as accelerated 4x for a transaction of 74.2k. 1x points aren’t credited yet. Should be 2500 if 10000 is 4x. That means 12500 points for 74.2k transaction which comes to 16.84% instead of 16%.

Skyscanner usually shows the post-discount prices on various websites. The price comparison will be with pre-discount price on any platform (i.e before applying any discount code)
TravelOne points are not 1:1 for direct redemption.
That's only for HSBC Premier. For TravelOne, 1:1 is only applicable on points transfer to partners like Air India, Accor etc. Best value is Accor but then you have to book a hotel to finally get that benefit.

I wanted to apply for a add on card as well, and after 8 days finally got a call today for add-on card after being told it will be done in 24 hours a week back.
File a complaint officially.. I have done it today...
I dont want to do that as my salary is being utilized to maintain the magnus burgundy status which is more valuable to me as of now. Which is why I am specifically looking at options without crediting my salary?
Anyone else please share your thoughts too, TIA
