HSBC Enters the Game – Accelerated Rewards Travel Portal Now Live!

I am not able to get that particular salary account benefit as my company doesn’t have a tie up, sadly. But yeah that’s a very rare and good benefit.
even my company dosent have tie up , but I managed some jugged , DM me if ur interested salary basis premier without company tie up.

Sent you a DM. Same issue and haven't heard back anything positive from HSBC team. Just keep hearing the same "waiting for other team's reply" message.
 
Whenever i am trying to book flight using hsbc travel, it is asking me to create account after proceeding with flight selection. When providing details and proceeding, it is giving error. Anyone who faced this issue and how did it solve?

Having the exact same issue. Wrote mail and spoke to customer care. No resolution since a week
they did for maintenance for my profile and then it worked. I hope it worked for you too now.

Also, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app, after they did a reset on your profile.

I too faced this issue.
I was getting this error as I has same credentials for my Visa platinum card , which I flipped for Travel one.
To by pass the error, I gave my wife's credentials and went through next pages.

Now, whenever I go to travel portal, wife's credentials are defaulted. as the fields are editable, I switch back to my credentials and go ahead with bookings.

Meanwhile after many days got a call from HSBC saying they will to a maintenance for my profile again and then it should work with my credentials as default. But I checked, it doesn't. it still picks my wife's credentials.
Eventually I lost interest in fighting with them and gave up.
Anyways, with wife's credentials it works, so it should serve the purpose.
 
Are you guys getting the points for normal transaction done using T1 card ? for me it's close to a month and 1st month bill also generated. No mention of any points anywhere. CC says - they will be posted after 45 days. Another CC says - it will be posted after 5 days of 1st month bill generation date. No Clue !

Can anyone facing this portal issue /reward point issue confirm if they got 1k cashback after spending 10k and 3000 rp after spending 1lakh…seeing the worst state of hsbc not able to resolve this issue iam not sure if i will get 1k and 3k rp after spending 1lakh…..didnt expect hsbc(trying to compete with axis and hdfc) to take this much time to fix this issue …feels like i shouldnt have never taken this card and just continued with existing cc stack
