Same issue! I got the base points within a day or two but still no sign of the accelerated points.What's the things for points. I did a booking to book a hotel on their portal but got only bonus points. The accelerated points are still not credited after 5 days. Is this the same with everyone ?
Does it say "accelerated points" or "bonus points" on the points statement? I've made two 25k hotel transactions on the reward portal and so far I've only gotten around 2k points for this and none of the "accelerated points." Everything about their system just seems so random and not organized.have not received 1k cashback and 3000 reward points yet
Another weird thing to note: I got the accelerated points for the first flight booking on the same day the transaction got settled. For the second flight booking, I have not received the accelerated points yet. (it has been 3-4 days since transaction settled) Customer support said it may take 10 days to post and said since my bill got generated right after the 1st transaction, the system has provided the accelerated points for the 1st one.For the first transaction i got 10000 accelerated points for 74k transaction and there is no clear calculation for it, I was thinking there might be a 10000 per month limit but customer support said it is 18000. On second thought, there might be 10000 per day limit.

The customer care is as confused as general users. Have no clue what's going on. Wait for the 10 days of TAT and then open a complaint.no response from customer care?
