Hi, I just opened my HSBC Premier account (salary linked) and received the Premier Credit Card. I have made my 1st transaction and the card fees are also charged. I have fully paid the transaction plus card fees - statement not yet generated. I need the 20k points urgently since I need the Avios for my travel. Any idea when should I get the 20k points?

I applied over a week ago and had got the message: Thank you for your interest in the HSBC Credit Card! We will connect with you within 2 working days. Did anyone receive a similar message and got their card issued yet?

Platinum to atlas and hsbc 🤔. Did you mean travel one? You can mail them on their grievance email: cardsupport@hsbc.co.in or complaints.india@hsbc.co.in.

BTW, since they upgraded you instead of issuing a new card, did you get any joining benefits that are provided with travel one?

I also got this message 1-2 week back. But no one called to take the application further. It cannot be applied online directly but with help of bank staff. What to do in this case? Then called customer care who said someone from card application team will do a callback. This is also not done for a week now. Lazy folks?
