Hello,

My application for HSBC Live Plus CC has been pending for6 weeks after successful VKYC. Haven't heard back from them since then.
Tried calling the customer care but the IVR says no application found. Not able to reach any human. Please help

You can also try going to HSBC app and chat with an agent, give them your application number they will give you the status immediately

Mostly your application might have been rejected hence they haven't come back to you with an update.

They won't share the reason of rejection

Mine was rejected for no reason I dropped an email on that I'ds and they re consider the application again but at the cost of incorrectly putting my name in their system and application

Had to go to RBIO for getting corrected my name back, not had a good experience with HSBC

Even their customer service is worst
