You can add it to gpay if it allows and scan a Bharat qr code to pay from gpay. No additional advantage of scanning qr as you would get the cashback on offline swipe at pos if merchant mcc is eligible. Only advantageous for cards which give cashback on online spends as scanning bharat qr comes under online transaction
