HSBC Reported Rs.50 Outstanding

Hi folks, I have Smart Value credit card with HSBC for 6 yrs. I have decreased using this card. I did a spending of INR 50 on March'24 and somehow I forgot to repay the amount for straight 6 time. I am wondering is it correct reporting to credit agencies about any amount outstanding below 100. I lost few points due to this. Any suggestions anything can be done here? Thanks.

few points means it might be something else, not sure 50rs with monthly compount won't reach 100 in 6 months but better settle it. again, for late payment you can see score below 700, otherwise that dip is caused by somethign else.

Talk to HSBC support. For such small amount, they may not care much.

Pay it and close don't ask bank to close it shows in cibil as settled etc and you end up not getting credit card or loans in future

No this is the only default I had until this month unnoticed. For below 100 rs there's no late payment fee and no interest charged but not sure whether they report it or not.

Yeah I have already paid it now. Will it be wise to contact their customer care and ask abou there reporting?
