HSBC Travel One Card – Applied Yesterday, Video KYC Done – What Are the Next Steps?

Hi everyone,

I applied for the HSBC Travel One Credit Card yesterday and also completed the Video KYC on the same day. However, I'm a bit confused about the next steps.

There's no option to track the application status on the HSBC website, and when I called customer care, the IVR system didn’t recognize my application number using my DOB and mobile number (as per IVR instructions).

Has anyone else faced this? How long does it usually take for the application to be processed or for any update to come through?

Would appreciate any insights from those who’ve recently applied.Thanks

Congratulations, your struggle with HSBC has started successfully. You can just wait and wait.

If you are lucky and the card is approved, you will receive a message from them.

Else they dont care to even tell you that the card is rejected.

Oh Is it ? 🙁I don't understand why HSBC, being an international bank, doesn't provide an option to track it.

Yes. connect to credit card agent and ask your status

I missed a call today from a number starting with 1600. Truecaller showing it as HSBC. Will they try to call me again for confirmation? Also, what kind of details do they usually ask for during such calls?
