I have applied for HSBC Cashback credit card and all the details have been filled. However, when trying to initiate the ekyc, in the first step they are asking for the offline aadhar ekyc XML file. But on trying to upload the XML file its showing error that only pdf, jpg and png is accepted. So, I cannot proceed to the next step. Kindly help me how to complete the ekyc. Please see the image of the issue I am facing.

I uploaded pan in that section. Didn't need to upload aadhaar xml.

It is showing as upload E-Kyc Image. I tried uploading Pan card image in that too, but in the below text forms nothing is getting auto filled and the next button is not enabling so I cannot go to the next step.

This cc was useless even before devaluation. No point keeping it.

Do you get reward points on EMI transactions using this credit card? EMI is done at the Point of Sale, not by converting a normal spend to EMI

Even i uploaded pan image in it , i faced issue in ekyc long waiting and when chance comes some error pops up.Decided not to go forward with the live+ card then. Customer support is pathetic as well.
