Hi, how to use pharmeasy through smart buy? I tried by logging into smart buy portal (since couldn't find it in payzapp) and from there clicked on pharmeasy. This opened my pharmeasy app and then I placed order through it and paid using DCB.
I got narration as Pharmeasy and not smartbuy and didn't get any additional points.
What am I doing wrong here?

Do check the merchant name before making payment. It should contain “VIA SMARTBUY” to get the bonus points.

Had to manually apply a coupon code which is available on the regular checkout page for additional discount. To be honest in the 10x category there are only 4-- hotels, pharmeasy, IGP and Jockey.

Of these, Pharmeasy is the best and hotels is second best

According to the terms if he gets 15% extra discount, he may not get the 10x points which is the main USP

No the 15% discount is autoapplied as MRP discount. I'm talking about the coupon discount which he manually applied approx 5-8% extra.

Yes I did get the 10x, there is no back tracking from pharmeasy to smartbuy once transaction goes through.

Better buy Amazon gvs and purchase through them. I checked Amazon have lowest prices for almost all medicines

I had a really bad experience with Pharmeasy. Ordered because of 10x reward points but the order was not delivered for 5 days. Promised delivery time was 2-3 days.

Ultimately ordered the same medicines on Apollo Pharmacy and they were delivered within 3 hours. Now I use Amazon Pay on Apollo Pharmacy.

I did. I think 10x gives better returns. I am an Apollo one member and I get 21.5 Rs for 150 spent compared to 50 Rs (10X) from Pharmeasy.
And yes, the price is slightly higher, but they have discounts also to compensate the price I think
