Just saw this FAQ, has anyone experienced this? Partial items return cancelling the whole RPs? Or is this just TnC not actually implemented?

Returns TnC says, so HDFC won't give diff of the amount's RPs too?

In my experiences, whatever be the refund amount - only the respective RPs will be cancelled

i was also thinking for that. but online reviews for test reports are mixed up. not so great.

I booked lab tests yesterday. Got merchant name Axelia Solutions (no via SmartBuy). Will update if I get accelerated points.

It is very important to get SMS showing Pharmeasy via Smartbuy.
Otherwise you may not get accelerated points

Earlier lab tests' payment had worked through payzapp and smartbuy. I noticed about 3 months back that lab test stopped showing in payzapp pharmeasy. There was no link for lab tests in payzapp pharmeasy. So, i believe it was intentional. I see that it is again visible in payzapp now. See if you can try from there.

i called hdfc, they assured me axelia sol will fetch 10x. I feel them bs'ing. Keep us posted bro.

I tried it from SmartBuy web, tried multiple times but didn’t get “via SmartBuy” on the otp page. My final payment amount was around 1400, so I gave it a try.

However noticed one thing that on the payment page it was showing only HDFC credit cards. That gave me little confidence to go ahead.

It has been there for at least 2 weeks. The issue is that the merchant name doesn’t contain “via smartbuy” for Lab tests.
