Hunter Score Decline for Scapia Credit card

So recently I applied for Federal Bank Scapia Credit card despite having CIBIL of 790 & 0 default in 5 years of credit card journey upon enquiring the exact reason for rejection with the help of Banking Ombudsman I found that my application was rejected due to Hunter Score.
How exactly is this on my profile?

How to clean this mess if my name is there on hunter list.
