I am eligible for ICICI Sapphiro under Alumni but have other card application pending

After receiving the card, when contacting customer care previously, they agreed to switch the network to Visa or Dual Variant while keeping both cards active. Not sure if the same holds true now. I obtained Dual variant (via a salary account with ICICI). If given a chance, I want to get the Sapphire Visa card as well.

My platinum card got accepted and is dispatched. Now I am worried if my sapphiro will get approved or not, since its the same pan used. Just the phone number are different.

I think one can have multiple icici cards. The only issue that may come up is if icici has a cooling off period between 2 card applications.

Maybe u can try connecting with the agent again. Also if u have his number, can u share that? I also need to apply for this under alumni scheme.

I am afraid of the same cooling period. I don't think I will be able to connect again with the same agent as he had called from a ICICI number. Lets hope for the best. The phone verification happened in interval of 1 day. 3 days back for platinum and 2 days back for Sapphiro.

its only for ppl who pay joining fees... not applicable for LTF cards afaik
