I have not received 25k bonus rewards for May and June.

Hi There,
I am seeing that most of the customers have received bonuses for May and June also. Is there someone who hasn't received it yet? How to complain about this to axis bank. I sent mail to them but i am getting automated reply about edge points only.

first check whether you have made 1L worth of eligible spends
1 guy in the forum thought that he was eligible turns out he was 2k short.

@xywowowvw I have checked and I am hitting milestones in both months by spring 135k in may and 149k in June without any EMI or rental payments. Have you received milestone benefit for both months ?

I am hitting the milestone for June. Haven't received the milestone benefits so far. Support team asked to wait until 31st July before formally escalating.

I didn't receive mine. Mailed them and they say, my spends are not eligible for bonus reward points. Mailed them a summary of my transactions and asked specifically which one of my transaction is an ineligible spend? Radio silence so far 😀
Anyone know where to escalate this?
