i was buying a gv from smart buy via gyftr my order got failed due to system time out and my money deducted from my card , gyftr are telling that my amount will be auto refunded and they are not giving refund reference id , but transaction is settled in my hdfc credit card , its has been 3 working days and 5 normal days till now i have not got my refund
