So I have received three email which I had not interacted before and one of them I felt was spam but then two more email for something I have no clue why someone is entering my email

Someone is using your email randomly for buying subscription to earn affiliate/promotion money.

For example, many affiliate apply McAfee Antivirus subscription on emails randomly & earns more money from affiliate than spent.

I think this is same way, try to unsubscribe.
