ICICI account not found or not active yet ?

I have successfully opened my icici savings account of 10k MAB on 15th April with giving 10k cheque also I recieved email that my account is opened but I have issue that whenever I try to add account on any upi app i get no account found with this number and WhatsApp banking is not working saying account not found with number. Is it because my account is not active yet because my cheque will clear tomorrow on 19th April so is it do something with initial funding?

Please give me your suggestions and thoughts that how to resolve this issue.
 
They might not have completed mapping your phone number to the account yet. Wait for some time or else get in touch with ICICI customer care.

I have already send them an email and I was trying to call 18001080 but it always connect me to IVR menu and didn't connect me to agent.
 
I think you have many threads about icici account opening problems and issues etc.

(Small suggestion - no néed to open multiple threads, you can tell all the problems about this account in the same thread)

In the last thread you told that your mobile number is already linked.

Now, send an SMS: IBAL to 5676766 and see if you are getting your account balance details as reply.
If not, contact customer care or branch and raise a complaint.

I got reply no account fetch failure. How to connect to customer care agent through 18001080 because when I connect it always send me in ivr and not to the agent.
