You should receive an sms instantaneously. If you are eligible for an LE, you would be notified. I am also using Airtel Black, and as I mentioned earlier, the SMS went through. Are you using any app to block spam SMS? Additionally, when you send a message to a chargeable number, a warning initially appears on your screen. Did you accidentally deny it?Even this number message is not working. I'm not using any apps that are blocking SMS. No accidental deny also. I am able to send messages to general number also, I've checked it. I think you should contact Airtel Black Customer Care because I haven't encountered any issues while trying to message that number.I'm not using any apps that are blocking SMS.
